Kennet Valley Hall features a main hall, kitchen, disabled access, free Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment—perfect for events and community groups. See the Facilities page for further information.

The main hall has a state of the art ventilation and heating system.

Yes, the main hall is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector and a large drop down screen over the stage. Audio facilities include a hand held and lapel microphones and Bluetooth connected to speakers and loop hearing system. Ask the Booking secretary for details.

Prices are all detailed on our prices page. Visit our hall hire rates page for full pricing. Prices include the use of all facilites at the hall. (There is a coin meter only for the heaters in the changing rooms and lobby, rarely needed)

Yes, the hall is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access, disabled toilet facilities, and accessible parking spaces.

Yes, the hall is ideal for children’s parties, with a large open space, kitchen and a large open sportsfield in a safe rural environment.

Yes, we have tarmac parking for over 50 cars including accessible spaces close to the main entrance.

The main hall can hold up to 200 people standing or 120 seated, making it suitable for both small gatherings and larger events.

Yes, our kitchen is included and features a fridge, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and utensils for light food preparation.

Yes, we have and welcome regular bookings from community groups, and clubs.

The hall is available to book from 8:00 AM to 1:00AM Monday to Saturday and midnight Sundays. Earlier access is available by arrangement with the Booking Secretary.

We ask all users to be mindful of local residents and keep external noise to a minimum, especially late in the evenings.

Yes, decorations are allowed as long as they don’t damage walls, decoration or fixtures. Please use removable hooks or Blu-Tack rather than nails or tape.

Yes, we provide tables and chairs that you can arrange to suit your event needs all included with your booking.

Yes, Notification to cancel any confirmed bookings must be received by the Booking Secretary at least SEVEN days prior to the booking. Should no replacement booking be forthcoming, then the hire charge may be retained. This is at the discretion of the Kennet Valley Hall Management Committee.

Yes, we offer reduced rates for registered charities, community groups, and local non-profits. Please see our price list and mention this when booking.
