Kennet Valley Hall is a perfect choice for off-site business meetings. With the facilities listed below and its setting in a quiet rural location it has all of the elements for a perfect meeting place.

With the main hall as your central location there are three other rooms that can host smaller breakout sessions. 

Tables and chairs are included in the hire package along with the projector and sound systems for presentations. No additional costs for electricity* and heating in the main hall and use the fully equipped kitchen.

* Except for heating if needed in two of the smaller rooms

Car Park

The is tarmac car park with parking for 50 cars. Marked out in bays with several disabled parking bays and easy wheelchair access to the Hall from the front or rear.

Kennet Valley Hall provides free wifi for our users. Connection details are in the entrance lobby.

Main Hall

The hall size is 14m x 8.8m (46ft x 29ft) with a ceiling height of approx. 3m (10ft). The stage size is 4.8m x 4.5m.

It has a state of the art heating and ventilation system to make it a comfortable space whether you are using it for 10 people or 100. 

The Hall has a sprung wooden floor making it suitable for dance and similar activities.

There are 120 chairs, 17 tables at 5ft x 3ft, 6 tables at 3ft x 3ft, and three trestle tables suitable for buffet layout at 10ft x 3ft. The Main Hall has a capacity for 120 people seated. Functions with a standing audience have a maximum of 200 people.

Also included for hirers use on request are:
A drop down screen on the stage and a ceiling mounted projector for presentations.
A hand held and a lapel microphone, and an audio system  linked to the hall speaker system.
There is a Bluetooth interface to link to your mobile devices for sound.

Hire charges include full use of these facilities, heating and lighting.

The Stage

The stage adds to the versatility of the hall allowing a range of presentation options.

A motorized screen for video projection from the ceiling mounted projector together with hand and lapel microphones linked to the fitted loudspeakers and audio loop system, provides full support facilities for visiting Speakers.

There is a Bluetooth interface to link to your mobile devices for sound.

The Hall has easy, step free, access to users from the front or from the field.

This room has separate outside access and provides an ideal bar area for functions. There is a sink and drainer, mobile bar and 6ft fridge.

The Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features : a 5 ring Halogen hob built in double oven microwave Hydro Boiler providing instant hot water for refreshments fridge, freezer commercial dishwasher.

We also offer use of a large warming cabinet, cutlery and crockery for 120 place settings, teapots and water jugs.

There are basic kitchen utensils and wineglasses are available on request.

The Outside Gym has been installed based on the increasing popularity nationwide of the Outside Gym concept. The gym equipment along with the Gazebo will be major assets for all those in the Community interested in their relaxation, Health & Welfare
