Booking Kennet Valley Hall couldn’t be simpler:

1. Check the hall diary below that your preferred date is available.

2. Call the Booking Secretary on 01672 551136 and discuss your booking or email: bookings@kvh.org.uk with your requirements and contact details.

There are NO additional charges for hiring the Kennet Valley Hall. All electricity, heating (except for changing rooms and lobby), kitchen appliances, hot water, tables and chairs are included in the letting charge.

Some equipment is available at no charge on request. This includes access to the audio and projection equipment. Additional crockery, cutlery and wine glasses are also available on request.

Some lettings such as private parties have a £100 refundable deposit charged at the time of booking both to secure the booking but also cover any requirement for exceptional cleaning after the booking. 

Access to the Hall is by a 4 digit PIN number unique to your booking, no key to collect or return. Bookings can be made in 15 minute blocks with a minimum of one hour.

Hirers are presumed to have read and agreed to the Kennet Valley Hall’s Terms and Conditions including the Post Hire agreement.
